These Terms & Conditions apply to quotations and orders placed with Boxed By You.

Quotations & Orders

Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a confirmed order.

We will review your requirements and provide a formal quotation based on the products, quantities, customization, artwork, packaging, shipping, and other requirements of your order.

An order is confirmed only after the quotation has been approved by the customer and we have provided written confirmation or a Sales Order.

Pricing

Prices shown on our website may be indicative and are subject to change.

The final price will be confirmed in the formal quotation and may vary depending on quantity, customization, branding, packaging, shipping, taxes, product availability, and other order requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for 15 days.

Custom & Branded Products

Most of our products are customized or made to order.

Customers are responsible for checking and approving the final artwork, product details, quantities, colors, sizes, and other specifications before production.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Minor variations in color, printing, material, size, or finish may occur due to the nature of manufacturing and customization.

Payment

Payment terms will be stated in the quotation or Sales Order.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be received before production begins.

Production will begin only after the required payment and final artwork or specifications have been approved.

Delivery

Estimated production and delivery timelines will be provided with the quotation or Sales Order.

These timelines are estimates and may be affected by product availability, customization, suppliers, manufacturers, courier partners, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our products, orders may not be cancelled or returned once production has started, except where required by applicable law or where we agree otherwise.

If you receive products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved specifications, please contact us promptly with details and supporting photographs.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, correction, refund, or another suitable solution.

Customer Artwork & Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to use any logos, artwork, trademarks, images, or other materials provided to us for an order.

By providing such materials, you confirm that their use for the requested products does not knowingly infringe the rights of any third party.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information, images, colors, dimensions, and specifications displayed on our website are accurate.

However, actual products may have minor differences from website images or descriptions, particularly where products are customized or supplied by third-party manufacturers.

Delays & Third-Party Services

We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines.

However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including supplier or manufacturer delays, courier or transportation issues, material availability, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
